Reinvention isn’t something that "just happens"—it’s a process. Too many people believe that one day they’ll “wake up ready” for change, but that day never comes. Why? Because reinvention requires action, not hope.
If you’ve ever wondered how some people seem to achieve transformation after transformation, it’s because they aren’t winging it. They follow a process.
At The FR4MULA, we’ve simplified this process into 4 clear, repeatable phases that lead to lasting growth in both mind and physique. If you’re ready to understand how transformation really works—and how you can follow it too—this guide is for you.
Phase 1: REWIRE
If you’ve ever felt like you "know what to do" but just can’t seem to do it, this is the phase you’ve been missing. Rewiring is about shifting your mental blueprint—your beliefs, thought patterns, and self-talk.
Your thoughts control your actions. If you believe you "can’t do it" or that "it’s too hard," you’ll unconsciously sabotage yourself. That’s why we start here.
How to Rewire:
Identify Your Limiting Beliefs: Write down the thoughts that are keeping you stuck. Example: "I’m not consistent."
Challenge Those Beliefs: For each limiting belief, write down the truth. Example: "I can be consistent if I commit to daily actions."
Install New Beliefs: Repeat these new beliefs daily until they become your new default thoughts.
Phase 2: RECOMMIT
If Rewiring is about changing your thoughts, Recommitting is about solidifying your promises. The truth is, most people make vague commitments like "I want to get in shape" or "I want to be more disciplined." But vague goals lead to vague results.
Recommitment is about clarity and precision.
How to Recommit:
Set Clear Non-Negotiables: Write down 3-5 daily actions that you WILL do no matter what. Example: Drink 1 gallon of water daily.
Create Public Accountability: Share your commitments with a coach, mentor, or accountability partner who will hold you to them.
Track Daily Wins: Every day you follow through, track it. Each win builds momentum and strengthens your belief that you can follow through.
Phase 3: REINVENT
This is where most people get stuck. Why? Because it requires action. While Rewiring and Recommitting are internal, Reinventing is about external action.
This is the "work" phase. It’s where you do the reps, follow the nutrition plan, show up for the meetings, and take action on your goals. The goal here is simple: Do the work, no matter what.
How to Reinvent:
Start Before You Feel Ready: Motivation comes after action, not before. Take action even when you don’t feel like it.
Track Your Progress: Use a daily tracker for workouts, nutrition, or whatever tasks are part of your reinvention journey.
Focus on Consistency, Not Perfection: It’s better to get 80% done every day than 100% done once a week. Small wins compound over time.
Phase 4: REPEAT
This is the phase most people never see. They hit their goal and think, “I’m done.” But here’s the reality: Success isn’t permanent. The habits that got you there must be repeated to stay there.
The most successful people know that reinvention isn’t a one-time thing. It’s a continuous process. Once you hit one goal, it’s time to set the next one. That’s where Repeat comes in.
How to Repeat:
Set New Milestones: Once you achieve your goal, set the next one. Ask, "What’s next?"
Keep Rewiring and Recommitting: Old limiting beliefs will try to sneak back in. Return to Phase 1 and challenge them.
Celebrate Progress, Then Raise the Bar: Celebrate how far you’ve come, but don’t stop there. Ask, "How can I go bigger, better, and further?"
If you want to achieve long-term, sustainable reinvention in your mind, body, and life, you need to master the 4 phases:
Rewire your beliefs.
Recommit to your promises.
Reinvent through action.
Repeat for ongoing growth.
